SurveyMonkey Use Cases Pages
SurveyMonkey's use case pages help prospects understand what features are available for specific market verticals. These verticals include things like customer & employee feedback, market research, and more.

Problem
SurveyMonkey was making a shift to align its business model along key market verticals and needed marketing pages to showcase its suite of products. User research told us that most users come to the site with a specific use case in mind. But these users often thought of SurveyMonkey as "too basic" to support their complex survey needs when compared to competition.
Existing marketing pages talked deeply about the features, but never focused on the problems that they could solve for specific use cases. We decided to build brand new pages that used the appropriate language and talked in depth about the problems that our largest user groups were facing.
My Role
My task was to develop a template for three responsive web pages that showcased SurveyMonkey's key use cases. I worked on the conceptualization, user research, and wireframes for this project. I worked cross-functionally, collaborating closely with visual designers who delivered the final visual designs based on my input.
