SurveyMonkey Features Page
SurveyMonkey's new features page is a space that lets users discover "hot off the press features" that have just been released. It gets updated quarterly to drive user engagement for the survey makers.

Problem
SurveyMonkey is continuously launching valuable new features. Historically, major features got visibility and promotion through the blog, newsletter, and in-product placements, but minor features did not. A key result of that was that users were generally not aware of all the features that have launched recently. SurveyMonkey needed a space to give visibility to all of the new features rather than just select few.
My Role
My task was to develop a responsive web page for promoting new features. I worked on the conceptualization, user research, and wireframes for this project. I worked cross-functionally, collaborating closely with visual designers who delivered the final visual designs based on my input.
Goals
Project goals were two-fold:
User facing:
- Drive engagement amongst the most active group of users — “survey makers” — by improving existing experience and expanding usage.
- Awake unengaged users.
Company facing:
- Position product in comparison with competitors and the landscape.
- Support the company’s new positioning — “SurveyMonkey is for business”.
